- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp black salt
Green Chutney Ingredients:
- 1 cup podina (Mint leaves)
- 1 cup dhania (Coriander leaves)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 green chilies
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- salt
Method For Khatti Meethi Chutney:
Take tamarind pulp in bowl add half cup of sugar, black salt 1 pinch and mix it well set a side.
Method for Green Chutney:
Take a blender and add mint leaves, coriander, garlic cloves, green chili, lemon juice and salt blend it and take it a side.
