Chicken Malai Boti is a grilled chicken dish. ‘Malai‘ means cream and ‘Boti’ means a piece of chicken. Chicken Malai Boti is know for it’s creamy. It is a great appetizer for an event, You can make this on a grilling pan , oven and barbeque.

Ingredients For Chicken Malai Boti:
- Green Chilies 2-3
- Coriander Leaves 2 Tbs
- Green Onion Whites 2 Tbs
- Chicken Boneless ½ Kg
- Meat Tenderizer / papaya Paste ½ Tsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Tbs
- Yogurt ¼ Cup
- Cream ¼ Cup
- Black Pepper ½ Tsp
- White Pepper ¼ Tsp
- Whole Spice Powder ½ Tsp
- Corn Flour 1 Tbs
- Salt ½ Tsp Or To Taste
- Lemon Juice 2 Tbs
- Butter Melted 1 Tbs
Method:
Make paste of green chilies, coriander leaves and green onion’s white in a blender.
Take a bowl, add chicken and all the ingredients but don’t add butter. Mix well and let marinate it for 2 to 3 hours. Before cooking add butter mix well.
Put on skewers You can bake it an oven on 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Or shallow fry in a pan until it’s done.
